    HireLabs in collaboration with SFI Group of Philippines and the Government of Bataan recently conducted an online skill assessment study of 628 out of school youth (OSY) in Limay, Bataan. The findings of the study indicated that the OSY is well prepared for labor market. The online skill assessments indicated that the talent pool displays exceptional qualities in:

    Originality (mean score = 95%)
    Innovation (mean score = 95%)
    Teamwork (mean score = 86%)
